1. How quickly will you deliver my goods?

We ship motocross parts across Europe on a daily basis. We will always do our best to get you your products as quickly as possible!
Orders that contain in-stock products usually ship the same day if received by 13.00 (CET).
Products from our external warehouse are shipped next day. Made to order products has a delivery time of 1-4 weeks. On all products you can see the expected delivery time. If you order a made to order product, we will always contact you with a more accurate delivery time.

If where is any deviations from the normal delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Your package will be delivered to your door by DHL. We send all International packages with DHL. European delivery time is within 2 to 5 days. DHL is the global market leader in international express, overland transport and air freight.

DHL will contact you to arrange the delivery.

When you place your order, you get an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. You'll also get a message to your e-mail address when your package is sent, the message will contain your package tracking number and a link that allows you to see where your package is.

We have a library of size charts for our products, the size charts can be found here . Remember that if you are going to wear your body armour underneath your jacket or shirt you should go for a size larger than you would normally wear. With pants, as a rule of thumb, go for the same size you wear in your day to day jeans

Yes! All products available to purchase are in stock. We only sell what we stock! We have the largest stock in the world of spare parts and accessories for Pit bikes.

18. What happens if my product is delayed?

If case of a delivery delay we'll inform you by e-mail. We will do everything in our power to fulfil your order. There may be circumstances which make it impossible to complete the order for example, when our supplier cannot meet his commitment to us. We reserve the right to exclude us from any compensation to the customer concerning the delivery delays.

You may cancel your order prior to shipping in case of a delivery delay.

Email or call us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t left our storage it’s possible to change quantities or cancel.

23. Will you special order a specialty product for me?

For items that we do not stock, we can special order them from our vendors at your request. These Special Order items must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

24. What is the procedure for returning a part?


Never a problem with us! When you do business with 24moto you can return any non-discontinued, unused item. Items must be returned in the original packaging, in unused condition in order to receive a refund. To return products send back the merchandise with a copy of your invoice. On the order form explain exactly what you want us to do and put the invoice in the box with the merchandise.

On any orders returned from outside of the EU, please mark clearly on the outside of the carton: "CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF EU ORIGIN".
A return form is included on the back of your invoice. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip if available and write the reason for each returned item. Freight must be paid by the customer.
Assuming your return has been received and processed, you will receive your credit within 10 days.
