International Shipping Policy

Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a Product from 24Moto.

(a) Prices and promotions are listed in 24Moto´s Web site and its advertisement, and are subject to change without notice.

(b) Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with 24Moto Credit Department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.

(c) 24Moto collects sales tax (VAT) for sales delivered within the EU. 24MX shall not be liable for handling or customs charges for shipments outside the EU.

(d) If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, 24Moto shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, 24Moto shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

However, the information, services, products offered for sale and materials contained in and/or advertised on 24Moto, including, without limitation, text, graphics and links, are provided on an "As Is" basis with no warranty. 24Moto and its suppliers do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via 24Moto is accurate, complete or current. When Customer places an order, the order will be shipped to an address designated by Customer as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

All packages are insured for damage and/or loss. Customer is (if requested) responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Our shipping partner will contact the customer throw the e-mail address or telephone number provided when ordering. If a “door to door” delivery is not possible to arrange, its the customers responsability to pick up the package at the adress provided by our shipping partner.

All orders will be consolidated to one shipment, this may add additional time to the final delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and 24Moto shall not be liable for delays.

Customers are entitled to the manufacturer's limited expressed warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. 24Moto makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. 24Moto shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product

These Terms of Sale and any transactions made under them shall be interpreted by and be subject to Swedish law.

In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Sale are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

24Moto shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.

These Terms of Sale may be modified from time to time by 24Moto without notice, and are current as of the date of the then current advertisement or Web site. Please refer to the current advertisement or Web site.
